DIRECTIONS TO THE RANCH

IF TRAVELING FROM SOUTH OF LOCKPORT

Take Transit Road Route 78 North to Route 93 (Known as Lockport, Robinson, & Dysinger Roads);  Turn RIGHT onto Rt. 93 and head east ~4 miles;  At the Stop sign turn RIGHT onto Akron Road (You are Still on Rt. 93 EAST – proceed ~2 miles after the stop sign);  CAREFUL DO NOT FOLLOW Rt. 93 (Akron Road) to the right, stay Straight on Bunker Hill Road;  Bunker Hill Road becomes Royalton Center Road around the bend to the LEFT. At thStop sign, continue Straight on Bunker Hill road. At the next intersection, continue straight, Pass over rt. 77. At the Blinking RED light/Stop sign, Turn RIGHT onto Rt. 31 (Known as Rochester Road).  Travel ~5 miles; Turn LEFT onto Carmen Road(Griswold Road);  Continue on Carmen Road through intersection with Rt. 104 (Ridge Road); travel ~3.5 miles, Turn LEFT onto Seaman Road;  Property is on the RIGHT - Barn sits back ~200 feet from the road;  If you come to an intersection, turn around, you went too far.

IF TRAVELING FROM NIAGARA FALLS OR LEWISTON AREA:

Take Rt. 104 (Ridge Road) for about 30 miles – pass through the town of Wrights Corners; Turn LEFT onto Johnson Creek Road; Turn RIGHT onto Seaman Road (pass through intersection with Drum Road);  Property is on the LEFT about a mile - Barn sits back ~200 feet from the road
